The main features of the development along the west-side of the church and parish house are:

• A two level retaining wall runs along the side of the church. The bottom level has seating while the middle level has a garden. This area will not only provide a pathway from the front of the church to the back, but also a quiet place of reflection.


• The Stations of the Cross are mounted along the full length of the church and are spot lit.


• A level garden area directly to the west of the parish courtyard is the Memorial Garden. It is irrigated; has bench seating; lawn and gardens. A sloping ramp on the south side allows disabled access to the concreted area within the garden.


• A Memorial Wall features on the western side of the Memorial Garden. Parishioners will be able to have mounted memorial plaques for their deceased family members. The Memorial Wall will be maintained through a special committee.


• A cross is mounted high on the south wall of the church. It is spot lit.


• Parking for up to 11 cars is available from Osborne Street, to the west of the Memorial Garden.


• The path to the Parish House is diverted to allow for the Memorial Garden.


• Security lighting and video surveillence is installed to protect users and property.
